Whether you’re launching a new business or refining your existing brand, our approach is designed to make you feel supported and confident every step of the way. Here’s what the journey looks like when you partner with Lush Consulting.


Step 1 – The Questionnaire

Every collaboration begins with understanding. This is the essential first step for all inquiries and helps us learn more about your business before we ever meet.

The questionnaire includes questions about your goals, challenges, audience, and vision. It helps us better understand your needs and provide the most personalized support possible.

Once submitted, we’ll review your responses and respond within 24–48 hours to outline next steps.


Step 2 – The Discovery Call (45 minutes)

Think of this as part clarity session, part brand conversation. It’s where we connect, explore your goals, and discuss where you might need guidance or structure. Our goal is to ensure Lush Consulting is the right partner for your brand’s stage of growth.

During this 45-minute call, we’ll:

  • Review your questionnaire responses

  • Discuss your goals, audience, and brand challenges

  • Talk through where strategy could create the most impact

  • Outline how Lush Consulting can help

If it looks like we’re the right fit to support your goals, you’ll receive a customized proposal afterward. If not, we’ll still offer honest direction and suggestions to help you move forward confidently.


Step 3 – The Proposal & Agreement

After your Discovery Call, you’ll receive a detailed proposal that includes our recommended package (Seedling, Bloom, Thrive, or Flourish), along with the scope, deliverables, timeline, investment details, and next steps.

Once you’re ready to move forward, you’ll sign your contract and submit your deposit. From there, we’ll officially welcome you into the Lush Client Portal, where your documents, updates, and milestones will live in one convenient space.


Step 4 – The Strategy Call (90 minutes)

Now we get strategic. This 90-minute deep-dive sets the tone for the rest of your project and transforms your goals into actionable direction.

Together, we’ll:

  • Define your brand or marketing vision and goals

  • Identify success metrics to track your growth

  • Brainstorm campaign and content ideas

  • Review your project timeline

  • Walk you through your HoneyBook portal and action plan

This is where clarity turns into action. You’ll leave this call with a clear roadmap, defined focus, and renewed excitement for what’s ahead.


Step 5 – The Action Plan & Milestones

After your Strategy Call, you’ll receive a detailed action plan outlining seven project milestones that guide your journey from strategy to completion.

We’ll complete the first four milestones, schedule a check-in meeting to review progress, and then finalize milestones five through seven to polish and refine every detail. Each milestone builds intentionally toward your final deliverables — ensuring that progress is steady, structured, and strategic.


Step 6 – The Check-In Meeting

Midway through your project, we’ll meet to review the progress made so far and ensure everything aligns with your goals and vision.

This meeting is a chance to share feedback, discuss insights, and confirm we’re on the right track before moving into the final phases.

Collaboration is at the heart of what we do, and your input plays a key role in shaping your outcome. If small adjustments are needed to strengthen clarity or alignment, we’ll refine them during this stage to keep everything cohesive and on track.

You may also have a few light action items — such as approving content ideas or providing access to existing brand materials — to help keep the project flowing smoothly.


Step 7 – Continued Milestones & Refinement

After the check-in, we’ll continue working through the remaining milestones, incorporating your feedback thoughtfully to ensure your brand or marketing strategy feels complete, aligned, and ready for implementation.

Each phase builds on the last, bringing your vision to life with intention and structure. Our goal is to make the entire process as organized and stress-free as possible, so you can focus on running your business while we focus on your strategy.


Step 8 – Wrap-Up Call, Presentation & Delivery

Once your project is complete, we’ll schedule your final wrap-up call — the exciting moment when everything comes together.

During this call, we’ll walk you through your full presentation, review your strategy in detail, and outline your next steps for implementation. This is where we celebrate your growth and ensure you feel confident about moving forward.

After the call, all final deliverables and documents will be uploaded to your Lush Client Portal, neatly organized for your reference and continued use.


Step 9 – Feedback & Looking Ahead

At the close of your project, we’ll invite you to share your feedback or testimonial — your insight helps us continue improving and inspiring others on their journey to brand clarity.

Many clients also choose to schedule a Catch-Up Call or continue through our Growth Retainer, which provides ongoing support, content planning, and strategy refinement as their business evolves.
