What is included in the packages?
Each package includes a structured set of deliverables tailored to your stage of growth, covering research, strategy, and implementation tools. Depending on the package, this can include brand messaging, audience personas, competitor analysis, marketing plans, content calendars, professional copywriting, and ongoing strategic support.

Can I customize a package or request a la carte services?
Lush Consulting does not offer customization or a la carte services unless you're a returning client.

What is your pricing structure?
Lush Consulting offers fixed pricing for each package, with branding packages starting at $2,850, marketing packages starting at $3,000, and the monthly retainer priced at $3,000. Pricing is transparent and based on the scope of deliverables, so you know exactly what you’re getting before we begin.

What payment methods do you accept?
We process payments through our client portal on Honeybook. A 50% deposit is due upfront, with the remaining balance due at 50% of project completion.

Do you offer refunds?
No refunds are provided for deposits, as they secure your spot and compensate for our commitment to your project.

What happens if I’m late on payments?
A late fee of 1.5% of the outstanding balance will apply for each day payment is delayed beyond seven days after the due date.

How do I communicate with Lush Consulting during the project?
We’ll communicate through the Honeybook platform, where you’ll have access to project updates, deliverables, and account details.
