What services does Lush Consulting offer? Lush Consulting offers three core packages and an ongoing retainer. Define is our brand strategy package. Direct is our marketing strategy package. Deliver is our full brand-to-launch experience combining both. The Lush Growth Partner retainer provides ongoing monthly support for clients who have completed one of our core packages.
What is included in each package? Each package includes a structured set of deliverables built around research, strategy, and implementation. Define ($2,500 / 4 weeks) covers brand positioning, audience research, competitive analysis, core messaging, and a complete visual direction system. Direct ($6,500 / 7 weeks) includes everything in Define plus a full marketing roadmap, content strategy, platform-specific social media strategy, email marketing strategy, and a 60-day content calendar. Deliver ($11,500 / 10 weeks) includes everything in both Define and Direct plus professional website copy, email sequences, social media bios, a strategic design brief, and 30 days of post-launch support. The Lush Growth Partner ($1,800/month, 3-month minimum) provides ongoing strategy calls, content calendar refreshes, content review, monthly performance checks, and quarterly brand audits.
Do you offer customized packages or a la carte services? No. Lush Consulting offers fixed packages only. This ensures every client receives a complete, strategic experience rather than piecemeal solutions.
What is your pricing? Define is $2,500. Direct is $6,500. Deliver is $11,500. The Lush Growth Partner retainer is $1,800 per month with a 3-month minimum commitment, then month-to-month. All pricing is transparent and fixed — you'll know exactly what you're getting before we begin.
Do you offer payment plans? Yes. Payment plans are available for all packages. Details are discussed during your discovery call so we can find a structure that works for you. A deposit is always required to secure your spot and officially kick off the project.
What payment methods do you accept? All payments are processed through our client portal on HoneyBook. A 50% deposit is due upfront to secure your spot, with the remaining balance due as outlined in your contract.
Do you offer refunds? Deposits are non-refundable. Your deposit secures your project timeline and compensates for our commitment to your project from the moment you book.
What happens if I'm late on a payment? A late fee of 1.5% of the outstanding balance will apply for each day payment is delayed beyond seven days after the due date.
Is there a prerequisite for the Lush Growth Partner retainer? Yes. You must have completed Define, Direct, or Deliver before enrolling in the retainer. Ongoing support is most effective when there's a strong strategic foundation already in place.
How do we communicate during the project? All project communication, updates, and deliverables are managed through HoneyBook. Keeping everything in one place ensures nothing gets lost and you always have easy access to your project details.
